Lyn Entzeroth
Lyn Entzeroth
Prior to joining the College of Law, Professor Entzeroth practiced law in Washington D.C. and Oklahoma and clerked for state and federal judges. Her research and writing focus on the difficult and complicated issues involved in death penalty litigation, including the philosophical debate over the death penalty, constitutional challenges to the death penalty, the modern death penalty scheme, jury selection, capital sentencing, ineffective assistance of counsel, state appeals and post-conviction, federal death penalty, and international law. In addition, she writes on issues of federal habeas corpus review and prisoner litigation.
