James Thomas
James C. Thomas
Professor Thomas earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama and his LL.M. from New York University. He is a member of the bar associations of Alabama, Oklahoma, United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the D.C. Circuit. Professor Thomas joined the TU College of Law in 1963. His teaching interests include antitrust law, labor law, administrative law, legislation, and legal rights of children.

Areas of Academic Specialty
Current research interest is focusing on labor law, specifically the labor agenda for the next Congress, with a new president in office. Additionally, Professor Thomas has been researching the Oklahoma Constitution with respect to Oklahoma's anti-immigration law.
