MAY 2012
• Enrollment
All students who secure their seat in the fall 2012 entering class by paying a seat deposit may enroll for fall classes.
Students who submit a seat deposit will be e-mailed an invitation to enroll. This invitation will arrive in your e-mail inbox and will contain detailed instructions on how to complete the enrollment process. Enrollment at TU is easy. It is an electronic process that will likely require less than five minutes to complete. Completion will enable you to immediately print your fall schedule.
NOTE for our Reduced Schedule students: Admitted students who have expressed interest in enrolling in fewer than 12 hours or part time and who pay their seat deposits are required to first meet with our Associate Dean of Students Affairs, Martha Cordell, before enrolling. Dean Cordell will begin meeting with incoming reduced schedule students to discuss their schedules. To set up an appointment to meet with her please call 918-631-3319.
JUNE 2012
• Pre-Orientation Day (POD) – June 16th
As a courtesy to our incoming class, we welcome you to attend our annual Pre-Orientation Day scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 16th. Open only to admitted students who have definite plans to attend law school at TU, this event is designed to be a “one stop shop” for all incoming first year law students giving them an opportunity to speak with representatives from housing, financial aid, student health insurance, campus recreation and others and gather information that will be helpful to you as you prepare to begin law school at TU. Only those who submit seat deposits will receive an invitation to this event. Invitations will be distributed as soon as they become available.
Please note that this is not a mandatory event but one some incoming students may find very helpful in the law school transition.
NOTE: For admitted students who plan to matriculate but who have not yet enrolled prior to the date of this event, additional opportunities to enroll will be available at the June 16th Pre-Orientation Day.

• Housing
If you intend to submit your seat deposit or have already submitted your deposit and are still in need of a place to live in the Tulsa area, we invite you to check out the following options:
Campus Housing - If you desire to live closer to the law school, campus apartments designated specifically for law and grad students are conveniently located just a couple of blocks away from the law school on Fourth Place in Norman Village. Law/Grad apartments are assigned on a first come, first serve basis, starting March 27, 2012. Please contact Deanna Saplin at deanna-saplin@utulsa.edu, if you would like to receive more information about our Campus Apartments and/or the password to complete your housing license online. For more details about Norman Village or the apartment assignment process, we encourage you to call 918-631-5248 or visit their website at www.utulsa.edu/housing. A Norman Village apartment tour will be offered as part of Pre-Orientation Day on June 16th.
PLEASE NOTE: The 1L Move-in date is August 10, 2012. Students may request an earlier move in date starting in June through the "Early Move-In Request," under "Online Services at your Fingertips" on the housing website at www.utulsa.edu/housing.
Off Campus Housing - There are a variety of off campus options available in Tulsa. Some students wish to rent a house with a yard, others prefer condos, lofts or duplexes. For those interested in apartment living, we recommend Mr. Jerry Kirkpatrick who can be reached at 918-749-9305 or at TulsaJerry@aol.com. Mr. Kirkpatrick works at NO COST to our admitted students and is very knowledgeable about the Tulsa area and properties.
