Emmanuel Ayuk said his decision to attend The University of Tulsa College of Law is one of the most important decisions he ever made.
"The opportunity to obtain a great legal education while being involved in many extracurricular leadership roles at TU Law helped me learn how to balance multiple tasks, which is a very important component to being successful at a law firm," said the former president of TU's Student Bar Association.
Now an attorney with Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP in Kansas City, Mo., Ayuk specializes in litigation. He often represents clients involved in complex commercial disputes, environmental litigation, environmental regulatory investigations, and enforcement actions.
Ayuk has been involved in a wide range of commercial litigation matters and has experience litigating contract disputes, mortgage fraud disputes, and copyright lawsuits. He also has experience in environmental litigation, enforcement defense matters, and regulatory investigations under the Clean Air Act, the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, and the Resources Conservation Recovery Act.
In addition, he is a member of Stinson Morrison Hecker's e-Spark team, focusing on the needs of clients in preparing for and conducting electronic discovery, electronic compliance, and electronic document management.
