President's Office Staff
Tia Creamer, Senior Administrative Associate to the President
Creamer joined the TU staff in 2004 as administrative assistant to the vice president for business and finance. Today, she manages the operations of the President's Office, including the President's schedule. Prior to joining the TU team, Creamer was a senior travel consultant with Horizons Unlimited Travel and owned and managed Executive Travel Service. She is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State) with a bachelor of science in Sociology.
Brenda Johnson, Administrative Associate to the President, Adjunct Professor of Applied Jazz Voice
Johnson came to TU in 1992 as administrative assistant to the vice president for business and finance. Prior to TU, she was system administrator for the corporate law firm, Robinson, Lewis, Orbison, Smith & Coyle (now known as Riggs, Abney) for seven years. There she was responsible for managing the daily operations of the word processing system for 15 corporate attorneys and their legal assistants. Johnson is a TU alumna.
Jacqueline H. Caldwell, Executive Assistant to the President
Caldwell joined the TU College of Law in 2006, where she taught Comparative Law, Torts and Constitutional Law. As the executive assistant to the president, Caldwell is primarily responsible for directing the Presidential Scholars Program and managing TU’s government relations and outreach efforts. Prior to TU, she had more than 20 years of experience, holding key federal positions, including service with the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Information Agency and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Most recently she served as an attorney-adviser for the State Department with assignments in both Washington, D.C. and Oklahoma. Professor Caldwell holds a Diplome d’Etude Superieure (French Commercial law) from the University of Paris I Law School, a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a B.A. in French Literature (Cum Laude) from Williams College. She has been admitted to the bar in both Oklahoma and Pennsylvania and speaks French fluently.
