Dr. Kara Gae Neal was appointed as the Director of the School of Urban Education at The University of Tulsa. Dr. Neal’s professional experiences in urban education are extensive: Secondary School Teacher, High School Principal, School Superintendent, the Last Elected School Superintendent of Tulsa County.
