Department of Electrical Engineering

The mission of the Department of Electrical Engineering is to provide a modern, high quality educational experience for all our students. We provide the knowledge and principles on which electrical engineering is founded in order to graduate engineers who are technically competent, creative, articulate, and socially aware.

The Department of Electrical Engineering offers a curriculum leading to a B.S. degree which includes a strong foundation in the electrical, system, computer, mathematical, and physical sciences. The primary objective for the Electrical Engineering department is to prepare graduates to engage successfully in the practice of electrical engineering by obtaining employment or admission to graduate school.
