MBA After Hours

City of Tulsa Enjoys "MBA After Hours"

Tulsa area working professionals and job seekers network and learn about TU's revised MBA.

The Collins College of Business Graduate Programs hosted over fifty guests at "MBA After Hours" on April 30th.  The networking event, held at the Ambassador Hotel in downtown Tulsa, gave working professionals and job seekers the opportunity to learn about TU's new MBA in accounting, energy management, finance, international business, MIS or tax, while networking over wine and cheese.

"Despite the challenging job market, now is a good time for people to make connections and build their skills sets so that when the economy rebounds they can earn the promotion or new position they desire," said Gale Sullenberger, dean of TU's Collins College of Business.  "An advantage of earning an MBA at TU is the strong relationships we foster with the corporate community in Tulsa.  Our students often get a foot in the door with employers before finishing their course work.

"MBA After Hours" was a one-time gathering, geared toward sharing information about the newly formed MBA concentrations.  The event's success may lead to future networking events hosted by Graduate Business Programs.

Fully Accredited Program: Our Graduate Business degree programs are all accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the highest standard of achievement for business schools.
