MGT 7042 - Organizational Behavior
The field of study that investigates the impact that individuals, groups and structure have on behavior within organizations. Students will compare theories with applications including motivation, emotional intelligence, values, organizational culture, decision-making, group dynamics, power and conflict. Learning activities center on experiential exercises and class discussions. Teamwork will be practiced and analyzed.
