MGT 7102 - Building Competitive Advantage
In order to ensure success, every business organization must have a competitive advantage. Competitive parity is often not enough. This course defines ways of building and sustaining competitive advantage through strategic management. It examines the process of formulating and evaluating competitive strategy beginning with the evaluation of business environment conditions and the identification and integration of resources, essential data, and competitive intelligence. It concludes with discussions of those organizational requirements necessary to successfully implement strategies.
