QM 7102 - Operations Management
A focus on the decisions arising in the management of operations, with an emphasis on how firms can better design and control their operations so they can more effectively align their supply with the demand for their products and services and gain competitive advantage. Includes operations strategy, process analysis and design, quality management, and inventory management. Prerequisite: QM 7023.
