ACCT 7122 - Financial Accounting*
This course provides students with a fundamental understanding of financial accounting. Understanding the preparers' perspective is important, however, the primary emphasis of this course is to examine financial accounting from the users' perspective. The course is designed to develop basic technical skills that will enable a student to apply accounting procedures and rules to business transactions, and enable a student to interpret and evaluate financial statement information of U.S. corporations.
