ENGL 7083 - The Classical Tradition

A study of the evolution of genres by examination of the works of Homer, the Greek dramatists, Virgil, Horace, Sappho, Ovid, Plato, Aristotle, Longinus, Apuleius, and Juvenal, with attention to the evolution of myth and its constructions.
