Span 3333 - Spanish Film

History of Spanish film and analysis of historically important, critically renowned, and internationally recognized works and their directors. Particular attention to the movies as reflections of and reactions to the socioeconomic conditions, cultural norms, and predominant values of the Spain in which they are set or produced. Prerequisite: Span 2013, departmental approval through placement, or permission of instructor.
