Psy 8093 - Job Analysis
Examines processes through which job requirements are researched and identified, as well as the basis for developing job tasks and knowledge, abilities, and skills. Students become proficient in all major job analysis techniques that are the foundation for test development, selection, performance evaluation, training, compensation, and job design.
