Psy 8073 - Compensation

Focuses on the structure, design, and evaluation of contemporary organizational reward systems. Topics include linking compensation strategies to broader issues of organizational mission and strategic purpose, issues of internal and external equity in reward systems, and methodological strategies for the design of effective compensation systems.
