SOC 3083 - Urban Sociology

Sociological theories and research dealing with human behavior in urban environments, including the process of urbanization, implications of urbanization for social relationships, the ecological and social-psychological features of urban life, group conflicts in cities, and major issues in the future of cities. Prerequisite: Soc 1033 or permission of instructor.
