TU School of Art Features Landscape Artist

The University of Tulsa’s School of Art will host painter Martha Armstrong on Nov. 1, whose paintings will be on display in TU’s Alexandre Hogue Gallery, throughout November.
As the Ruth Mayo Distinguished Visiting Artist, Martha Armstrong will present her lecture at TU at 4 p.m., Nov. 1 in Room 211 of Phillips Hall. Her lecture will coincide with her exhibition entitled "Martha Armstrong" on display in the Alexandre Hogue Gallery throughout November.
Armstrong’s landscape paintings have earned her national acclaim. Her recent solo exhibitions displayed at the Gross McCleaf Gallery in Philadelphia, Oxbow Gallery in Massachusetts, Walter Wickiser Gallery in New York, and Bowery Gallery in New York.
