We applaud Professor Vernon Howard on this very noteworthy achievement!

Professor Vernon Howard has been voted the Outstanding College Jazz Instructor by the Oklahoma Jazz Educators. Professor Howard will be presented with a plaque at the 2010 OMEA ALL State Jazz Concert the Saturday morning of the OMEA convention in January.
