PE 1011
A complimentary course to Introduction to Petroleum Engineering (PE 1001). Introduction to various basic calculations carried out by Petroleum Engineers. These calculations include basic rock properties, flow through porous medium, drilling fluids, well log interpretation, production performance of wells, estimation of reserves, and basic petroleum economics. The course is reserved for students majoring in Energy Management. Other students can enroll only space permitting.
