Symcox to lead NSF-sponsored Food Chemistry Workshop

The event is offered to educators interested in designing their own courses.

Chemistry faculty member Keith Symcox will be leading a food chemistry workshop sponsored by the National Science Foundation at Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, in July.

The workshop will provide educators with the means to develop their own courses that feature food chemistry. The chemistry of flavor, cooking reactions, cooking methods, and nutrition will be featured at the workshop. Click here for more information.
