Chemistry of Cooking (Chem 4163) convened Monday evening for their final dinner and TU Iron Chef competition. Fellow students, faculty and staff were treated to a tasty spread of carefully prepared dishes. Students presented the chemistry involved in the preparation of their dish and the audience provided feedback.
The winning team opted for a "Picnic at the Park" theme and biochemistry major Lindsey Schroeder was crowned the individual winner and TU Iron Chef.
