Dr. Jingyi Chen to Join Geosciences Faculty

The University of Tulsa Geosciences Department is pleased to announce that Dr. Jingyi Chen (Ph.D. 2005 Institute of Geology and Geophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China) will be joining the department in August 2009, filling the Decker Dawson position in Geophysics. Dr. Chen is already at work on the courses he will be teaching and on inter-departmental collaborations for teaching and research.
