Dr. Rybicki receives Kermit E. Brown Award for Teaching Excellence.  In regonition of outstanding achievement in educating and motivating sudents throught out his career of teaching. 

Nominated by fellow M.E. Professor Dr. Henshaw, Mechanical Engineering Department Chair and Harry H. Rogers Chair.
