Physics Student Earns Prize for Summer Research

Kirby Smithe (BS Physics 2012) won the Texas Instruments Award ($250 prize) for his presentation titled "Characterization of Phosphorus Deposition onto Silicon [111] 7x7 Nanostructures" at the 22nd annual Rice Quantum Institute Research Colloquium.
