There’s funding out there for those who know where to look. Experts on “Money for Small-Business Expansion and Other Needs” will share that information at a seminar Wednesday, April 10, sponsored by the Continuing Legal Education department of the University of Tulsa College of Law.

The conference is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. in John Rogers Hall, 3120 E. Fourth Place, and is geared to small-business owners.

Federal funding, Indian Nation lending services and private lending options will be discussed. John Blue, with the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center, and Angie McGrew of BancFirst will discuss how small-business owners can obtain available funding, even if they think they may not qualify. Special points of discussion will include business plans, collateral requirements, micro loans and small business loans.

Registration is $35 per person. To register or for more information, contact Kelly Smakal at (918) 631-2902, or Sara Nole at (918) 631-5612, or TU-CLE@utulsa.edu.
