Court of Criminal Appeals to Hear Murder Case in TU Courtroom Feb. 24

The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals will hear oral arguments in the case of Victor Cornell Miller vs. State of Oklahoma at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, in the Price Turpen Courtroom of John Rogers Hall, 3120 East Fourth Place, on The University of Tulsa campus.

Miller has appealed his conviction and death sentence for the murders of two people in 1999.

Briefs filed in the case are on reserve in the TU College of Law Mabee Legal Information Center under the designation, "Court of Criminal Appeals." Anyone interested in the records is advised that the briefs contain graphic descriptions.
