The University of Tulsa College of Law will celebrate its Spring 2008 Hooding Ceremony on May 10 at 4 p.m. The event will feature Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry as the keynote speaker, said Janet Levit, interim dean of the law school.
The Hooding Ceremony will be held at TU’s Donald W. Reynolds Center, 3208 E. 8th Street. Friends and family are invited to attend the ceremony and parking will be available in all lots adjacent to the arena.
Governor Henry currently is serving his second four-year term in Oklahoma’s highest office. Previous to winning his first gubernatorial election, the Shawnee native served ten years in the Oklahoma State Senate.
A reception for all law school graduates and their families will be held immediately after the ceremony on the Reynolds Center Concourse.
