College of Law Dean to Appear on "The Verdict"

Janet K. Levit, dean of The University of Tulsa College of Law, will appear on "The Verdict." The episode featuring Levit will debut at 9 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 26.

"The Verdict" is a weekly show discussing legal issues affecting the state of Oklahoma. Hosted by Oklahoma City attorneys Mick Cornett and Kent Meyers, it is made available by COX Communications.

Levit was named dean of the TU college of Law in July after a 10-month term as interim dean. During the interview, she addresses topics such as her transition from faculty member to dean, the importance of diversity among students and faculty, and the future of legal education at TU.

The episode featuring Levit, which will be shown on COX Communications Channel 3 in Tulsa and COX Communications Channel 7 in Oklahoma City, will be rebroadcast at 9:30 a.m., Oct. 27; 10 a.m., Oct. 28; and 10 a.m., Oct. 29.
