After 17 years on the bench, District Judge James Goodpaster retired from the 12th Judicial District.

1981
Dwight L. Smith was recently appointed to a third consecutive term as chairperson of the American Bar Association's Standing Committee on Public Education.

Oklahoma City attorney Marc Edwards was honored by the Oklahoma Academy at its 15th annual Academy Salute in Tulsa.

Angela K. Fuller has joined trust services of First Financial Bank in Robinson, Ill., as an assistant vice president and trust officer. An attorney and member of the bar in Indiana and Illinois, she has more than 10 years in estate and trust planning and administration.
