  • His article, "Legal Issues Pertaining to the Use of Cell Phone Data," has been published in Advances in Digital Forensics IV.

 

Irma Russell – Professor of Law

Lectures and Addresses

  • Addressed the Environmental Federation of Oklahoma 17th annual meeting "Steering the Course to Environmental Success" held October 1-3, 2008. The title of her presentation was "Steering the Right Course through Developments in Carbon Policy."

 

Dr. Robert Spoo – Associate Professor of Law

Publications

  • His article, "Copyrights and ‘Design-Around’ Scholarship," was published in The James Joyce Quarterly.

Affiliations

  • Received the Lucia R. Briggs Distinguished Achievement Award from Lawrence University, which recognizes alumni of more than 15 years for outstanding contributions to a career field.
  • He was invited to serve as a member of the Modernist Studies Association Task Force on Fair Use.

 

Melissa Tatum – Professor of Law

Lectures and Addresses

  • Presented at Michigan State University's Fifth Annual Indian Law Conference on October 10-11, 2008. Tatum presented a paper entitled "January 8, 1962 – the Day the Universe Changed: Gideon, ICRA, and the Erosion of Tribal Sovereignty."
