- Addressed the Environmental Federation of Oklahoma 17th annual meeting "Steering the Course to Environmental Success" held October 1-3, 2008. The title of her presentation was "Steering the Right Course through Developments in Carbon Policy."
Dr. Robert Spoo – Associate Professor of Law

- His article, "Copyrights and ‘Design-Around’ Scholarship," was published in The James Joyce Quarterly.
Affiliations
- Received the Lucia R. Briggs Distinguished Achievement Award from Lawrence University, which recognizes alumni of more than 15 years for outstanding contributions to a career field.
- He was invited to serve as a member of the Modernist Studies Association Task Force on Fair Use.
