Dan Nunley announced that his firm, the Law Office of Daniel C. Nunley, has moved to Broken Arrow, Okla. Nunley's practice focuses on the representation of debtors in consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure defense and FDCPA violations.

Jeffrey A. Risch has joined the Chicago office of SmithAmundsen LLC  as a partner. Risch concentrates his practice on representing employers in all aspects of employment and traditional labor law. 

GableGotwals is pleased to announce Laura Hill has joined the firm. Hill will serve as an associate in the Tulsa office focusing her practice areas on environmental, regulatory law, complex litigation, federal practice and appellate practice. Hill recently served as the assistant dean of the institutional assessment at The University of Tulsa College of Law. 

Hugh M. Robert has joined the law firm of Sherwood & McCormickin Tulsa. His area of focus will be litigation specifically in the areas of medical negligence, nursing home neglect/abuse, products liability, and business litigation.

In Memoriam
Florence Betty "Betsy" Phillips Horowitz died Monday May 4, 2009. Horowitz was a civic activist who led campaigns to save the Maple Ridge neighborhood and its neighborhood school.
