• Signed a contract with her husband, Russell Christopher, to write a hybrid casebook/student study guide entitled “Criminal Law” for Oxford University Press.

• Signed a contract with his wife, Kathryn Christopher, to write a hybrid casebook/student study guide entitled “Criminal Law” for Oxford University Press.

Betsy McCormick – Assistant Clinical Professor of Law
Cases
• Supervised students in the Immigrant Rights Clinic who won an asylum case for a Christian client from India suffering religious persecution.

Tamara Piety – Associate Professor of Law
Publications
• Article “Onslaught: Commercial Speech and Gender Inequality” was accepted for publication in by Case Western Reserve Law Review.

Judith Royster – Professor of Law
Lectures and Addresses
• Spoke on the topic “The Story of Winters,” at the University of Arizona College of Law’s Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program Colloquium Series which focused on the historical circumstance surrounding the 1908 case that created the doctrine of Indian tribal water rights.
