• Presented the SEED Law Project to participants in the Entrepreneur Program – Tulsa Association for the Enterprise Opportunity sponsored by the Greenwood Chamber of Commerce.
• Delivered work-in-progress presentation at the Clinical Law Review’s Clinical Writers Workshop at NYU Law.

• Article entitled “Judicial Advocacy in Pro Se Litigation: A Return to Neutrality,” coauthored with the Honorable Robert Bacharach, was published in the Indiana Law Review.
• Coauthored Supplement to Capital Punishment and the Judicial Process with Randall Coyne for publication by the Carolina Academic Press.

• Presented a paper entitled “Creation of Local Indian Cooperative Associations – A Draft Proposal” at the Opening Plenary: the Native American Picture of Poverty on ’09 – Poverty and Indigenous People – a Global View, at the third annual Indian Law Clinic and Externship Programs symposium.
• Served as moderator and gave a presentation on a panel entitled “Rights of Way, Land Ownership and Inheritance of Land” at the Oklahoma Supreme Court’s Sovereignty Symposium.
• Attended the initial swearing in ceremony for the judicial officers of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Peacemaker’s Court and conducted two training sessions for the newly installed judicial officers.
• Has been asked and has accepted to serve on the Law School Admission Council Diversity Committee’s Subcommittee on Grants/Proposals.

• Essay entitled “For God’s Sake, Publish; Only Be Sure of Your Rights”: Virginia Woolf, Copyright, and Scholarship,” was recently published in Woolf Editing/Editing Woolf: Selected Papers from the 18th Annual Conference on Virginia Woolf.
• Essay entitled “Ezra Pound, Legislator: Perpetual Copyright and Unfair Competition with the Dead” was accepted as the lead essay in a collection, Modernism and Copyright, to be published by Oxford University Press.
• Article entitled “Ezra Pound’s Copyright Statute: Perpetual Rights and the Problem of Heirs” was published in the UCLA Law Review.
• Article entitled “Does Gender Influence Attitudes Toward Copyright in the Filk Community,” coauthored with Melissa Tatum, was accepted for publication in the American University Journal of Gender, Social Policy and the Law.
