• Two articles were reprinted in edited volumes published by Amicus books, a division of Icfai University Press (India): “Indian Tribal Rights to Groundwater” in Tribal Rights: A Praxis, and “Indian Water and the Federal Trust: Some Proposals for Federal Action” in Water Rights: Enforcement Impediments.
