Alumni Asked to Attend TU College of Law’s Pre-Law Day March 27
Friday, February 26, 2010
The University of Tulsa College of Law will host Pre-Law Day for admitted students on Saturday, March 27 at John Rogers Hall, 3120 East 4th Place.
The event presents two opportunities for alumni to meet with potential TU law students. A breakfast reception will be held at 9:45 a.m. in the Pit at John Rogers Hall, and a luncheon will be held at 12:15 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Allen Chapman Activity Center, 440 S. Gary Ave.
The day’s programming also gives prospective students the opportunity to take part in a mock class, meet with leaders of student organizations, and get information on programs such as the Board of Advocates, study abroad, and professional development.
“This event is exclusively for students who have already been admitted to The TU College of Law. Some of them have not reached a final decision on which law school to attend, while others are looking to create an initial bond with their new law school,” said Heather Rahhal, associate director of law alumni relations. “All of these students will benefit from speaking with professionals who found success during and after their time at The TU College of Law.”
Alumni are encouraged to attend one or both of these sessions at no cost. Those available to attend Pre-Law Day are asked to contact Rahhal by March 8 at (918) 631-3320, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
