David Groce is now a partner with the St. Louis-based BrickHouse Law Group. The BrickHouse Law Group specializes in intellectual property, entertainment law, and trial law.
Tobias Millrood, a partner at Pogust, Braslow & Millrood in suburban Philadelphia, was elected to the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice.
Judge Jeffrey Singer was appointed in June as one of the two Special Judges in LeFlore County, Okla. Singer had been Assistant District Attorney for nearly five years in District 16.
Associate Judge Michael N. Cook was appointed Resident Circuit Judge of St. Clair County in the 20th Judicial Circuit of Illinois. The appointment, made by the Illinois Supreme Court, was effective October 1, 2010.
Kelsey May was quoted in an August 23, 2010, USA Today article about the job market for lawyers. Earlier this year, May, along with Samantha Roberts and Elizabeth Shelton, released a book published by Carolina Academic Press entitled, What the L?: 25 Things We Wish We’d Known Before Going to Law School.
Jack E. Naifeh (BS ’47) passed away on August 31, 2010, at the age of 89. Jack was a 60-year member of the Tulsa Bar Association and a proud TU alumnus.
