Professor Judith Royster taught a one-week course on Mineral and Energy Development in Indian Country at the University of Montana’s American Indian Law Summer Program.
Assistant Dean Kristine Bridges has been appointed by NALP President Carol Sprague (Skadden Arps) to serve as NALP Liaison to the ABA Law Practice Management Section. Her position will bring exposure to the TU College of Law, as well as provide more timely legal market issues and information to our administrators, faculty, students and alumni.
Professor Tamara Piety authored an article, Citizens United and the Threat to the Regulatory State, which was recently selected for publication by the Michigan Law Review. Her article will be published in the “First Impressions” section of the publication.
