Sam Halabi wrote an article, “The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010: Rulemaking in the Shadow of Incentive-Based Regulation,” that will be published in Volume 38 of the Rutgers Law Record.
Robert Spoo wrote an essay, “Ezra Pound, Legislator: Perpetual Copyright and Unfair Competition with the Dead,” that was recently published as the opening essay in Modernism & Copyright, ed. Paul K. Saint-Amour (Oxford University Press, 2010). His essay on “Law” also has recently appeared in Ezra Pound in Context, ed. Ira B. Nadel (Cambridge University Press, 2010). In addition, he has been asked to join the Advisory Committee of “The Complete Ulysses: a Project of the Radio Foundation, Inc.”
