Professor Royster Article to Appear in Stanford Environmental Law Review

Judith Royster, Chapman Distinguished Professor of Law at the TU College of Law, has accepted an offer from the Stanford Environmental Law Review to publish her article, "Tribal Energy Development: Renewables and the Problem of the Current Statutory Structures."

Royster, who has been at TU since 1990, writes and lectures in the areas of federal Indian environmental law, natural resources law, and water law. She teaches civil procedure, administrative law, federal Indian law, and Native American natural resources law. She is co-director of the College's Native American Law Center.
