Fowler Places Second in Student Writing Competition

TU Law student Colin Fowler took second place in the Berkeley Technology Law Journal (BTLJ) 2012 Student Writing Competition for his submission, "Catching Digital Pirates: The Witch Hunt of the 20st Century." Fowler was the only non-UC Berkeley student to win a top prize.
The BTLJ Annual Review of Law and Technology is a publication of the UC Berkeley School of Law and is dedicated to student-written case notes and comments discussing the most important recent developments in IP, antitrust, cyberlaw, telecom, biotech and business law.
