Professor Marla Mansfield was a speaker on a panel at the Annual Meeting of the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources Law, October 10-12, 2012. The panel title was “Energy, Environment, and Politics in 2012: Expectations and Prognostications for the Next Four Years.” The two-day substantive conference was in Austin and was well-attended. She was pleased to see two of our students there.
