Professor Russell Christopher's essay, "Imminence in Justified Targeted Killing," was recently published in Targeted Killings: Law and Morality in an Asymmetrical World (Claire Finkelstein, Jens Ohlin, and Andrew Altman eds., Oxford University Press, 2012).

Professor Christopher was also cited in an article in The ABA Journal (August 2012) on whether a commercial website was committing blackmail.
On June 7, 2012 Russell presented a paper, "Contriving Defenses v. Contriving to Avoid Committing Offenses," at the annual Law and Society conference.
