TU College of Law announces 91.6 percent Texas Bar passage rate

Results of the July 2013 Texas Bar exam show The University of Tulsa College of Law with a 91.6 percent passage rate.   

Dean Janet Levit said, “I would like to personally congratulate all of the TU Law graduates who passed the Texas Bar exam this July.  Their accomplishment speaks volumes to the quality of our students, faculty, and staff, and serves as proof that graduates of The University of Tulsa College of Law are trained to practice in any state they choose.”

How TU College of Law compared to the nine Texas law schools:

  1. Baylor University Law School (97.52%)
  2. University of Texas Law School (95.52%)
  3. The University of Tulsa College of Law (91.6%)
  4. Southern Methodist University School of Law (91.59%)
  5. South Texas College of Law (89.35%)
  6. University of Houston Law Center (88.02%)
  7. Texas Tech University School of Law (85.94%)
  8. Texas A&M University School of Law (85.83%)
  9. St. Mary’s University School of Law (82.82%)
  10. Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law (79.23%)
