Registration and Forms
Students can apply to the Dublin program in one of the following ways:
- By registering online (see below)
- By downloading the application materials and submitting via mail, fax, or email (see below)
- By contacting our Study Abroad Program Office to receive an application packet via mail:

To Apply Online
Please Note: Even if you apply online, you must also download the Liability Release Form, sign and date it, and submit it to the Study Abroad Program Office via mail, fax, or scan/email in order for your application to be complete.
- Review the Worldwide Caution page and the Ireland Consular Information page on the Department of State website.
- Download the Liability Release Form. You MUST complete this form and submit it to the Study Abroad Program Office in order for your application to be complete.
- Complete the Online Application Form. You will be asked for a credit card number for the $200.00 tuition deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your tuition.
- You will receive a confirmation email from the University of Tulsa College of Law Study Abroad Program Office. A packet of materials will also be mailed to you shortly. If you do not receive a confirmation email or experience any technical errors when applying online, please send an email to mary-holmes@utulsa.edu immediately.
- Remember to submit your Liability Release Form to the Study Abroad Program Office, along with a photocopy of your current passport. If you do not yet have a passport and have not yet made application for one, please do so immediately. Information for obtaining or renewing your passport can be found on the Department of State website.

If you are a non-TU student, you must also contact the registrar at your home school and have a letter of good standing mailed on your behalf to the Study Abroad Program Office. All students must also be in good standing at the completion of the spring 2013 semester in order to attend and receive credit for the program.
To Apply by Mail, Fax, or Email
- Review the Worldwide Caution page and the Ireland Consular Information page on the Department of State website.
- Download and complete the Application Form and the Liability Release Form.
- Submit the following to the Study Abroad Program Office:
- Application Form
- Liability Release Form
- Check for $200.00, made payable to the University of Tulsa College of Law to the Study Abroad Program Office
- A photocopy of your current passport. If you do not yet have a passport and have not yet made application for one, please do so immediately. Information for obtaining or renewing your passport can be found on the Department of State website.
