Seminar Student's Paper Published in Montana Law Review

Sean M. Hanlon, a TU Law Grad, wrote a paper for the American Indian Law Seminar that was published in the Montana Law Review. The title of Mr. Hanlon's article is "A non-Indian entity is polluting Indian waters: "water" your rights to the waters and "water" ya gonna do about it?" and it can be found at the following cite: 69 Mont.
