Professor Royster spoke at University of Arizona College of Law

Professor Judy Royster spoke on April 17 at the University of Arizona College of Law as part of the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program Colloquium Series. Her topic was “The Story of Winters,” looking at the historical circumstances surrounding the 1908 case that created the doctrine of Indian tribal water rights.
