Professor Judy Royster spoke on March 12 at the 7th Annual Doing Business in Indian Country conference sponsored by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation District Court. Professor Royster's topic was Tribal Energy Resource Agreements under the Indian Tribal Energy Development and Self-Determination Act.
