Energy Law Journal
The Energy Law Journal is co-published by the SERL Program and the Energy Bar Association in Washington, D.C. The journal has approximately 2,400 subscribers in the United States and more than 150 foreign subscribers.
The journal's primary focus is federal energy law. Recent issues, however, have explored the global nature of energy law and how environmental issues and energy policy interrelate. The board of editors is comprised of third-year students in the full-time program and third- or fourth-year students in the part-time program.
The Energy Law Journal is staffed by highly motivated students who display interest in energy, environmental, and natural resources law. The student editorial board and staff members receive special certificate recognition for participation.
The Energy Law Journal student staff enjoys a warmly supportive relationship with the executive editors and the Foundation of the Energy Law Journal in Washington. Student editors annually travel to Washington to attend the EBA Annual Meeting.
