Professor Blair received his J.D. from Ohio State University and his LL.M. from Columbia University. His teaching interests include evidence, criminal law, and criminal procedure. He is a member of the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, and Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is admitted to practice by the Ohio Bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.  A former VISTA volunteer, Professor Blair served as staff attorney for the Ohio Public Defenders Association and with the clinical programs at Ohio State University College of Law. He joined the TU College of Law in 1981.
